I gather some would only consider his cards collectible, the rest of the QSL universe falling into a lesser category. Runnin Bare says: "It was about 17 years of 12 or more hours a day and still couldn't stay up with it! For many years we only accepted orders twice a year, in January and in July. I remember, in the 70's, of sending over a hundred thousand dollars back to people as I wasn't able to take care of the orders I had. I had up to six full time artists working for me. It was a crazy time, and I have lots of memories about it! I had collectors in almost every state, every province of Canada, and in 8 or 9 foreign countries. They would have Jamboree's in our honor, where 20.000 people would show up......just to collect my cards. Like I said, it was a crazy time." Incredible.
